Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all locations within the United Kingdom.

How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer complimentary (free) UK shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, there is a flat shipping fee of £3.99.

How long will my order take to arrive?

To bring you a curated selection of unique products, we partner with manufacturers and artisans from around the world. Please allow for a processing and shipping time of approximately 7-15 business days for your order to arrive.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey in our Orders Tracking Page.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not perfectly happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. For full details, please visit our Return Policy page.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at SAC@northdwelling.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you right away.
